What is Kiddie Yoga Art & Music Meditation?

Kiddie Meditation and Yoga is a system of teaching children aged 4 to 16 years the principles of Hatha Yoga in a manner that is easily absorbed and applicable to daily life, with the particular issues associated with their age group (4-8yrs, 9-12yrs, 13-16yrs) in mind.   It addresses the growing issues of juvenile stress in today’s children.

YOGA WHOLISTICS iNQ offers children’s yoga that concentrates on teaching proper breathing and focus, as well as energy balancing for relaxation and tranquility and, most importantly, the development of traditional values & qualities (such as honesty, courage, compassion, etc).  All these through interactive workshops  where the children are encouraged to themselves discover the importance and desirability of these traits in themselves and in others.  We offer unique 4 & 8-module seminars wherein virtues and balance are systematically exercised and developed, based on Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese systems of healing and education.
