The Veggie ViandWhat is 'The Veggie Viand' Vegetarian Cooking Program? Today, vegetarianism is increasingly recognized to support physical as well as emotional and mental health, and many clinical studies, most notably the recently published The China Study by Colin Campbell, support this belief. To encourage healing and the development of a healthier and more balanced lifestyle, we offer cooking classes to jumpstart the adaptation of a vegetarian diet.YWi primarily supports the lacto-vegetarian system of vegetarian diet, devoid of meat, fish, and egg, but inclusive of milk and some of its products. We also support ‘veganism’, devoid of milk and egg, where particular health conditions and other circumstances demand the elimination of milk and its products. What is YWi Yoga Lifestyle Program?
What most people refer to simply as "yoga" is actually
Hatha Yoga. The word "hatha" comes from the Sanskrit terms
"ha" meaning "sun" and "tha" meaning
"moon". It is a system of body movements and poses (asanas) that has
been practiced in India since time immemorial, its authenticity assured through
its unbroken chain of disciplic succession. Hatha Yoga is known as the branch
of Yoga that unites pairs of opposites referring to the positive (sun) and
negative (moon) currents in the system. What is usually practiced today concentrates
on the third (Asana) and fourth (Pranayama) steps in the Eight ‘Limbs of Yoga’.

HomeopathyWhat is Homeopathy?
It was a German doctor by the name of Samuel Hahnemann who discovered the basic principle of similars in an experiment he conducted on himself while attempting to understand how medicines worked. He experimented with diluting his medicines to minimize side effects and found that by a process of dilution and succussion (vigorous, forceful shaking) he could make a medicine that produced a strong curative action with few if any side effects. He also found that the more dilute the substance became with this method the "stronger" it became. We now consider this to be the beginning of the science of the "microdose effect", and the "Arndt-Schultz" principle applies: the biophasic response of living organisms to low doses of substances. Modern medical science does not yet understand these principles, but we believe they will become important laws in the medicine of the future.
